Modulul de expansiune cu circuit integrat PCF8574 poate fi folosit pentru a mări numărul de pini I/O ai unui microcontroller.
Astfel, legand in serie 8 module PCF8574 pe magistrala i2c poti avea maxim 64 pini utili de IO.
Specificatii
- Tensiune de alimentare: 2.5V - 6V;
- Curent consumat: 25mA;
- Comunicație I2C la frecvență maximă de 100kHz;
- Adresa I2C poate fi selectată de 3 pini, astfel că se pot lega până la 8 module pe aceeași magistrală;
- Curent de standby foarte mic, maxim 10uA;
- Poate fi folosit pentru a controla LED-uri.
