Descrierea produsului:
Driverul IR2104 este un MOSFET si un driver IGBT de tensiune si viteza ridicata cu referinte de iesire ridicate si scazute. Inputul logic este compatibil cu standardul de iesire CMOS sau LSTTL, coborand pana la 3.3V logic. Floating channel-ul poate fi utilizat pentru a conduce un canal N a MOSFET-ului sau IGBT-ului in configuratie inalta, astfel operand de la 10 la 600V.
