EEPROM poate retine date permanente pana la stergere si nu vor fi pierdute odata cu intreruperea alimentarii. Arduino are doar 512 kb spatiu si poate nu-ti ajunge, dar un SD card e prea mare. Atunci modului EEPROM iti mai aduce inca 256kb, fiind potrivit pentru stocarea unor date mici.
